Lighting & Portraiture Photography Course Two
Studio and flash based lighting course
Develop your photography lighting skills by shooting creatively with flash. You will look at using multiple light set ups with snoots, gels, and reflectors in the studio with the model. After lunch we will use the Speedlites combined with reflectors and shades to give a professional look to your images. We will end the session by producing a creative photograph either in the studio or outdoors with the help of the trainer using any of the lighting.
This style of lighting is used on fashion shoots, at weddings and contemporary portraiture. We will control the speedlights with Pocket Wizards (wireless transmitters and receivers) which allows for flexibility and speed on the shoot.

Level
You will need to understand how to use your camera, have good aperture, shutter, ISO knowledge plus some photographic experience and a good understanding of your flash.

Equipment Needed
DSLR, lenses covering at least 18-200mm, flashgun, cards and spare batteries. If you
have your own wireless transmitter or Pocket Wizard bring that along.
