The placing of an order constitutes an acceptance of our terms of business.
Copyright
Customers bear all the responsibility in ensuring that all material given to YellowMelen and Philip Richardson are free from any copyright claims and to indemnify us against any such claims.
Liability
Although every care will be provided by YellowMelen and Philip Richardson, no responsibility will be accepted for any indirect loss or damage caused to your equipment. As the client you will need adequate insurance against the loss or damage of your equipment. Food is provided by either The Red Lion, Water End, Crown & Sceptre, Briden's Camp, Three Blackbirds, Flamstead, Ashridge Business School and Brownlow Cafe Ashridge National Trust Estate. The responsibility of the food preparation and hygience is with those caterers.
Cancellation Policy
There are costs incurred when we run any of our training courses and we are unable to offer any refund in the event of your non-attendance on the day of the course you have purchased, this irrespective of your circumstances or reasons. If we receive notice one month before the date of your course that you unable to attend and we can successfully replace your space on the course with another person. If we are able to fill your place then we will issue a credit note for similar course, if you are unable to attend on that date we will issue no further credit notes. We also reserve the right to remove, cancel or alter the date of any of our training courses, we will inform you of alternative dates and either issue a full refund or credit note for a similar course.
VAT
VAT is included in the prices on this website.
