Full Frame, Cropped Sensor or micro four thirds camera, not suitable for compact or bridge cameras.
A wide angle and standard lens would be ideal, if you have a telephoto that would be useful.
Fast wide apertures of ƒ1.4-2.8 for extra shallow depth of field.
Please check if you are not sure if the lenses you have are suitable.
Cards and Batteries
Please make sure you have plenty of space on your memory cards and your batteries are fully charged, including the spare.
10 stop ND filter suplied. Useful for the course Red, Orange or Yellow filter, ND Grad or a polariser.

Please make sure your camera is good working order and that you have enough batteries, cards or film. If your equipment fails on the day you can still attend but we can not offer an alternative camera.
Costs are incurred when we run our training courses and for this reason we are unable to offer any refund in the event of your non-attendance on the day of the course you have purchased. This is irrespective of your circumstances or reasons. If we receive notice one month before the date of your course that you unable to attend and we are able to fill your place then we will issue a credit note for an alternative course. If you are unable to attend with six months of the course date we will issue no further credit notes.
We reserve the right to remove, cancel or alter the date of any of our training courses, we will inform you of alternative dates and depending on the circumstances of the cancellation issue a full refund or credit note for a similar course.
If the course is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions we will offer another date for the course or a credit note for a similar course.
All vouchers much be used with in 12 months of the date of purchase. Vouchers can be used to contribute to part or full payment of a course or 1:1 session.
Although every care will be provided by YellowMelen and Philip Richardson, no responsibility will be accepted for any indirect loss or damage caused to your equipment. As the client you will need adequate insurance against the loss or damage of your equipment.
You will need to provide your own food on the training days as MelenTraining does not offer this facility. When we are on location there will be a break for lunch near cafes and restaurants and you are more than welcome to bring your own food.
